Baselland and Alsace has many wonderful products that is a chefs dream to work with. I have worked as a chef all over the world and now live since 10 years in Basel Switzerland. I worked as the executive chef for the Swedish embassy in Ottawa Canada. Owned my own restaurants in the Carribean. Worked as a Chef at the UN embassy in New York. Head ched at the Swedish UN forces in Cyprus. Headchef at the Greenhouse Restaurant Sonesta Beach Hotel Bermuda.
I now work a freelance chef in Switzerland.
