FOOD. Your relationship to it is wildly important. I am not going to preach a perfection diet. I’m not going to tell you to stop eating this, take this out of your diet and never touch that. Why be so serious about your food!!? I AM a preacher of glass half full eating. What can you find positive about what you’re going to eat? If you can find that positive value, then eat it!
I follow a philosophy of filling yourself up with GOOD things, putting your focus on the VALUE of adding good food to your diet and before you know it you won’t be eating as much of the other stuff because you enjoy NOURISHING your body.
