Chefnils Tartar Sauce.

2 cups of mayonnaise. 1 onion chopped fine, handful of capers chopped, 1 pressed garlic clove, 2 dill pickles finely chopped, 3 Tsb Dijon mustard, 2 Tsb lemon juice, 3 Tsb chopped parsley, lots of freshly ground black pepper and to finish it off, a large dash of your best hot sauce. Mix and enjoy with fish,shrimps or whatever else you can think off.
